With the newly developed core we’ve been able to make the turrets completely autonomous. Unfortunately functions must be kept relatively simple.

We’re looking into ways to get them to recognize allies from foes, and development has been slow, but we have some ideas we’re working towards. Our most likely bet seems to be using the way it reacts to magic stimulus to recognize allies from foes, but making this consistent and mass producible for troops has been problematic to say the least.

We’ve made note of their use in industry but it seems we want to keep them secret for just a little longer.
