Sample tissue aquired from owlbear. Wish to get living specimen. Copying this ability would be advantage in the war.

Sample tissue was acquired, it appears that they have used magic to create some sort of creature that is the combination of an owl and a bear. I have made a request to management to acquire a specimen. Copying this capability would give us quite the edge should we require it in the eventuality of a war, that does seem to be the purpose of this facility, after all.
