Someone who lived in Perfrind and wrote a creepy love letter. His name was not listed under the infection records.
In the Perfrind Government Building we search, a skeleton is discovered with a knife and this note:
“My dearest love. One day you told me if I was the only person left you would consider me. I’ve done what I can to make this true, so at this point I’d ask you to… (unreadable) ...love you more than life itself. And I ask you once again to change your mind. With love, Marvin.”
