New Dawn was a legitimate business involved in nefarious, less-than-legitimate experiments and activities to create bio-weapons through animal mutations and build advanced technology including teleportation, power storage and distribution, machinery, and weaponry. This including capturing and siphoning power from creatures such as Hestor and his Planetar friends.

We have found numerous rumors and clues about embezzlement and generally cruel activity that all seem to lead to New Dawn.

Now, their experiments lie in ruins and their animal mutations all seem to be migrating north, bearing strange symbols that resemble sinister messages that have been found in the markings on the safety trees along the main roads.

History

Journals written by Hulderic (primary), Gulnara, Afra Rusudan, Appius, Sandray Putra found in a warehouse in Perfrind date back to 5301. Hulderic receives a promotion to Boss of Science. This warehouse featured a legitimate business front above ground, complete with a public showroom, but underground harbored many monstrous deeds.

Sunken headquarters found in Nitas with a desk bearing the name Afra Rusudan as General Director.

Sometime likely around 5310, New Dawn operations to the north in Kelderheim were not going well, which is when they relocated to Perfrind further south in Conqel.

Portals were used to create and run remote research facilities.

Present Day

Old papers about New Dawn are stored in a present day government building up North in Humbrey, which are sought after in secret by Vilma.
