Session Summary

The party rents a small boat with three crew members for 130gp and sets sail. I start feeling seasick and must make a CON check every 4 hours to avoid getting sick. On an island, we come across a column with a bowl-shaped top, but our attempts to light the fire with Firebolt fail.

Arachne goes to the docks and isn’t sure where to begin. She is being sold on a giant boat for 1,000gp for the week. Twinkletoes suggests a smaller boat.

We are offered a 3-crew boat for two days for 130gp. #costs

When we go to rent the boat, he asks for 300gp insurance to be returned on safe return of the boat. Arachne convinces him to take just 300 and then keep the difference for the cost of the rental when we return. #costs

We sail off on Timmy (the boat) by 10am.

By 2pm (44 hours left) we are out about 5 miles.

Arachne does NOT get seasick. Neither does Elzara. However, I am not feeling as great. Every 4 hours I make a new CON check to not get sick. It’s nearly impossible to concentrate on spells.

On one of the small islands, there is a column with a bowl shape on top. There is a plaque that reads “Should the fire ever not be ablaze, please relight it so others may not lose their way.” #clues

We attempt to light it but Firebolt from Twinkletoes is not able to make it work.
