Session Summary

With 15 hours left, we continue our search for clues. Star finds an old government building, while Arachne discovers a sign reading "New Dawn" but is unable to enter the building until she turns into an octopus. She takes damage but manages to get in and finds orbs. Meanwhile, Star opens a safe that contains records of businesses and the general director's name. Arachne shows us the orbs, but we do not recognize one of the markings, and she asks her goddess about it. She wants to go back to the shore because she is afraid of sea demons.

15 hours left, the search continues.

Star finds what would be an old government building and searches around.

Arachne finds a sign that reads “New Dawn“ but is unable to enter the building. She will turn into an octopus as soon as the spell ends. She finds a plaque with a name. “Afra Rusudan” #clues

She does successfully cast the spell but takes 31 crushing damage.

She gets into the building. She finds a lock to pick and probably does. The door opens.

Inside… Where the offices were before is one room on the left side of the hallway. It appears to be locked. She slips into an office. She goes around the rug to head to the desk.

As she searches the building finds orbs that have strange effects, like turning her hand temporarily back to human form or a shock. She locks into a box that looks like it would maybe contain something else interesting.

Meanwhile…

Star brought the safe to the top. Twinkletoes asks fish if they have seen a shark that isn’t a shark. “Every shark I have seen has been a shark.” #iconic

Inside the safe looks like a record of businesses: Construction, time, etc. what was done there.

Afra Rusudan was the general director of this section of New Dawn.

The sunken city name is Nitas.

Arachne pops up as an octopus attempting to hold two orbs and a pen. On her way up there was a rumbling for about 5-10 seconds happening in the water. It resonated her entire body. #items #clues #encounters/sea

She explains the orb situation and shows it to see if we recognize the marking on the orb that isn’t for her goddess. Elzira does not recognize the marking.

Arachne asks her goddess about it. “Who does this belong to and did I piss somebody off?”

Dydem is who the orb belonged to, boring old dead man.

She wants to go back to the shore because she is afraid of the sea demons.
