Session Summary

Orna confirms her missing pottery has been found and Kamal apologizes. At 3 am, Arachne hears something and starts following someone on the rooftops while contacting Star for help. They find that children are following the person who might be the Disco Thief. Wash casts Longstrider and they catch up to the thief. However, the thief jumps down and the footprints change direction. Elzara notices that someone leaves on the other side, and they attempt to follow quietly. I turn into an owl, and we catch up with Wash and Elzara overhead. Star will soon have a chat with the thief.

Orna goes and confirms it is her pot. Kamal is very apologetic and wants to return her items.

3am Tuesday morning

Arachne hears something and starts following someone on the rooftops. She uses Sending to contact Star, who wakes up and comes out trying to follow her.

Star gets everyone up to investigate.

There are children, they are holding Funk Robots following the dude on the rooftops.

Parents are starting to notice the children going out to follow. Some children turn back when parents call them but most children follow the figure.

Arachne struggles to keep up and takes a level of exhaustion to do so.

Wash casts Longstrider.

Arachne uses sending to say: “can you please stop. my friends and i want to talk to you. are you the disco theif, i have you little arrow thing”

He replies: “I can't stop, the authorities are annoying if they can catch you. I have been known as that. Nice, if you find me we'll talk.” #encounters/discothief

Wash catches up.

He gets within 100ft of the thief, who reaches the end of the main rows of houses and jumps down.

Wash information → Prints of where the Disco Thief has landed appeared to, as if hypothetically “Changed”, became a new set of footprints leading in another direction

Star uses his foot sniffer. The running footprints match but the footprints that fall down the further side match.

I turn into an owl.

Elzara notices that the children part and someone leaves on the other side. Twinkletoes attempts to create a distraction to give Elzara help to follow quietly. It is not successful. The footprints pivot and carry on jogging.

I begin to follow.

Wash and Elzara and me overhead catch up, and Star soon, will get to have a chat with him.
